Scholarships

General Scholarship Info

The Exchange Club of Farmington, Inc. offers scholarships annually to graduating seniors who are residents of the Town of Farmington and who are planning on a post-secondary education. We usually award between $10,000 - $12,000 per year- depending on our fundraising results.

The scholarships are awarded based on:

• Financial need
• Academic achievement
• Community involvement
• Extracurricular activities

Farmington High School applicants should confer with their Guidance Counselor if assistance is needed in completing the application.

Scholarship finalists are interviewed in the month of April.

Awards will be presented at the Exchange Club Scholarship Dinner. Winners are encouraged to attend the dinner together with their parents.

We also recognize the winners at the FHS Annual Awards Ceremony held in May.

A.C.E.

​Every year the Exchange Club of Farmington gives out an A.C.E. Scholarship. This “Accepting the Challenge of Excellence” award is given to a nominee that has made a dramatic change in their attitude and performances throughout high school, often overcoming educational, social and personal obstacles.
